Lydia’s interest in nutrition began when she was modeling professionally as a teenager. She saw first hand how restricting intake and over-exercising could wreak havoc on the digestive system, mood, and energy levels. She vowed to take her experiences and help others. Today she helps individuals with eating disorders, disordered eating, chronic dieting and body image issues find true peace in their bodies by healing body, mind, gut and soul.
